Villa SteMa is a 150 m2 maisonette located amongst olive trees and it can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The villa is built in 2 levels.The upper level consists of a fully equiped kitchen,a living room , a double bedroom with access to the pool and a bathroom.The veranda on this level overlooks at the Maleme bay which offers you a stunning view all day long especially during the sunset.
Using the internal stairs you find yourself at the lower level which due to the layout of the house is always cool. At this level there are 3 double bedrooms one more bathroom and a living room.
Villa SteMa is surrounded by a very well cared garden .At the front garden you can find a barbecue and a traditional stone oven as well as a wood oven.All sorts of colourfull flowers and trees decorate the scenery and at the back garden you can find the swimming pool well protected by indiscreet eyes by a green fence.
Sunbeds and an outdoor set are also situated near the pool. Satellite tv, wireless internet and private parking are included.

Η βίλλα ΣτεΜα είναι 150τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 8 άτομα. Αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους, κήπο και ιδιωτικό γκαράζ.
Στον πάνω όροφο, υπάρχει ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, με άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα, ένα μπάνιο και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (ψυγείο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, κουζίνα με κεραμική εστία,πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ ).Η βεράντα του ορόφου εχει πανοραμική θέα στην παραλία του Μάλεμε. Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκονται,3 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια,ενα μπάνιο και ενα καθιστικό.
Η μελετημένη κατασκευή του σπιτιού προσφέρει ιδιαίτερη δροσιά στους κάτω χώρους τις ζεστές μέρες του καλοκαιριού.
Ο κήπος διαθέτει μια μεθυστική ποικιλία αρωματικών φυτών και δέντρων από τα οποία μπορείτε να κόψετε και να χαρείτε τους καρπούς τους. Στον μπροστά κήπο υπάρχει ενας παραδοσιακός ξυλόφουρνος και barbecue για μοναδικές στιγμές με την παρέα σας. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται η πισίνα χαρίζοντας έτσι ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα .
